The Bears play the Vikes on the shores of Lake Michigan. Don't be fooled by all the positive Brett Favre hype and don't be fooled on all the negative Bears hype. Both teams are average NFC teams and neither team has the right to dominate the other. There will be a few showers in Chicago Saturday so the turf may slow down both offenses a bit. Favre has performed worse and worse in outdoor games as each year passes. The Vikes will rely on A.P. to grind out most of the game with Sidney Rice and maybe even Percy Harvin watching on the sideline. If Harvin plays his bad ankle will slow him down. I see a close game with the edge to the home team. Good bye Childress.
Prediction: Chicago 24-17

Cleveland has beaten the Saints and the Pats the last two games. Hillis is turning into a defensive nightmare for opposing teams as he has put up 253 rushing yards the last two games. Colt McCoy is completing 67% of his passes while not turning the ball over. He has avoided the rush in the last two games only being sacked once. The Jets were shut out two weeks ago and struggled against the Lion defense last week. L.T. has slowed down a bit and the whole offense is struggling. Take the points in the "Ryan Twins Bowl". Cleveland plus the points at home.
Prediction: Cleveland 20-17

The Charlie Whitehurst era is over. (Thank God) The Seahawks get Hasselbeck back and he should make the difference in this game. The Seahawks will get back to basics this week with a balanced attack as they get a break and play the hapless Cardinals. The Cardinals while playing decent ball at home just don't have that winning spark. We will see how long Derek Anderson lasts in this one. Singletary is rooting for the Cardinals but the Seahawks get the road win.
Prediction: Seattle 20-10
