Here are your fantasy football rankings by position for
week 9 of the 2009 season. Maurice Jones-Drew's
performance against the Titans last week bodes well for Frank Gore this weekend.
Jones-Drew rushed for 177 yards on just 8
carries. We expect Gore to put up some good fantasy numbers against the Titans.
Jones-Drew has another favorable matchup against the Chiefs. Maybe the Jaguars
could give him the ball a little more this week. Let's not forget about Chris
Johnson either. He rushed for over 200 yards in week 8.
Waiver Wire:
Fred Davis (TE) - Will be filling in for the injured Chris Cooley Davis has
already shown to be a very good receiver.
Sammie Stroughter (WR) - Hard to know which wide receiver Freeman will have good
chemistry with if any at all but keep an eye on Stroughter
Jamaal Charles (RB) - With Larry Johnson on
suspension, Charles could be a nice pickup against a defense that Chris Johnson
ran all over

The fantasy rankings are based on a scoring system whereby a TD pass = 4
points, 50 yards passing = 1 point, and 20 yards rushing = 1 point, 20
yards receiving = 1 point, rush/receiving TD = 6 points.
