NFL Underdog Pick: Week 14

Baltimore Ravens (+9.5) vs Indianapolis Colts
Anthony Smith from the Pittsburgh Steelers has provided a guarantee victory for
week 14 so there really is no need to pick the underdog of week, right?
honestly don't like any underdogs this week to win outright. However,
there are some teams that I do think will cover the spread and the Baltimore
Ravens are at the top of my list. Most people feel that the Ravens will
not show up this week after that hard to swallow loss to the New England
Patriots. The Ravens actually already have the game plan for keeping it
close with the Colts. Play conservative physical football by running the
ball with Willis McGahee and play physical defense against the Colts wide
The Ravens are healthy again on defense especially in the secondary while the
Colts will be missing key players once again this week. Tackle Ryan Diem is
questionable and defensive tackle Raheem Brock is doubtful. This bodes well
for the Raven's Willis McGahee who had his best rushing game of the year last
week against the Patriots while the Colts gave up 168 yards on the ground last week to
the Jags. If the Ravens can play with the same intensity as last week,
they should cover a 9.5 point spread easily.
