Here is a list of Thanksgiving Day players who I think will produce the maximum amount of points
at their position for the upcoming week. The scoring system can be found
at the bottom of this article.

QB - Brett Favre
Favre is in the spotlight with all weapons available against a vulnerable pass
defense. Look out!
RB - Joseph
Addai
Addai left, Addai right, screen pass to Addai. Addai is getting all
the touches against a battered Falcons defense. John Abraham is the only
one left standing.
WR - Terrell Owens
Owens "the Original 81" is trying hard to catch up to Moss in TD receptions.
TE - Chris Baker
Who knows, I give up on even trying to pick a tight end! He seems like a
favorite target of Clemens. Maybe he may get more passes with Coles out and if
the Jets are down huge.
K - Adam Vinatieri
The Colts will put up a lot of points this week even with all the injuries to
their offense.
D - Green Bay Packers
Jon Kitna will be under severe distress once again this week as the Lions have
shown no desire to run the football.

Passing TD = 4
Rushing/Receiving TD = 6
20 Rushing Yards = 1
20 Reception Yards = 1
FG 50+ Yards = 4
Any FG = 3
Extra Point = 1
2 Point Conversion = 2

Sack = 1
Interception = 2
Fumble Recovery = 2
TD = 6
Safety = 2
Block Kick = 2
Points Allowed 0 points = 10
Points Allowed 1-6 points = 7
Points Allowed 7-13 points = 4
Points Allowed 14-20 points = 1
Points Allowed 21-27 points = 0
Points Allowed 28-34 points = -1
Points Allowed 35+ points = -4 |
