NFL Best Bets for Week 12

Ryan Lindley. Now that's a household name! I live and breath NFL football and I
have never heard of this guy. Who is he and why is he important? He will be the
Arizona Cardinals starting quarterback this week. Last time these two teams
faced off the Rams sacked the Cardinals #1 QB, Kevin Kolb, 9 times. Now the Rams
get to apply pressure to Arizona's second string QB. Wait, he's out too. It will
be their third string QB. But, if you are a Cardinal fan, you may be encouraged
by the fact that their starting RB, Beanie Wells, is back after a long injury
break. Great - me too. I am encouraged about this bet, as I believe Wells is at
best their second best back if not their third.
Although the Rams will likely be without Danny Amendola, the Rams version of Wes
Welker, Steven Jackson has been running like a man on a mission for the last
couple weeks and should be able to put up triple digits in yards on the ground
and wear down a finesse defense.
I am starting to see glimpses of Jeff Fisher's coaching taking hold, especially
on the defensive side of the ball. I see this as similar to the first game these
two teams played last month that ended with the Rams beating the Cards 17-3.
