Fantasy Football Disappointments for Q1
Fantasy Player Q1 report:
Most disappointing QB: Matthew Stafford
On average, Matthew Stafford was the 4th or 5th QB taken in most fantasy
leagues.
He has had a disappointing first 4 games, only 3 passing TD's in 4 weeks.
If you get negative points per INT, you are hurting with Stafford.
Michael Vick was close to topping the list but owners have benefited from Vick's
rushing yards.
Most disappointing RB: LeSean McCoy
McCoy was the 2nd or 3rd drafted player in most leagues.
McCoy has only 1 rushing TD all season.
Yes, Chris Johnson was highly considered but expectations for McCoy were much
higher based on his 2011 performance.
Most Disappointing WR's: Greg Jennings & Dez Bryant
Maybe Jenning's appearances in Old spice commercials has taken his focus away
from football.
Plus nagging injuries have made Jennings unreliable.
Dez has been virtually invisible this year in Big D. He has dropped several
passes and can't even run the right routes.
Most Disappointing TE: Antonio Gates
With Chargers stud WR Vincent Jackson gone, one would have expected more
production out of a healthy Antonio Gates. Gates has failed to catch a TD and
only has 124 yards receiving. It might take Gates another 4 games to catch up to
the production Dante Rosario had in week 2 against Tennessee.
