Philadelphia Eagles (+3.5) at New Orleans Saints
Speed kills. The New Orleans Saints defense is exactly what the doctor
ordered for the Philadelphia Eagles. Remember that Monday Night game when Vick
went off against the Redskins? That's what I am picturing and predicting will
happen this weekend
in New Orleans.
When you watch the Saints on defense, it is almost like they are playing flag
football out there. Running backs are 5 or 6 yards down the field before they
are even touched. McGahee rushed for 122 yards last week. Ryan Mathews averaged
6.7 yards per carry a few weeks back. Let's also not forget that Jamaal Charles
is basically ranked 7th in rushing because of his 233 yard effort in week 3. LeSean McCoy
is going to have a field day. Fantasy owners have been waiting all year for this
football game.
The Eagles have held team meetings and will play inspired football. They need to
get back in the NFC East race.
