After dealing with the Minnesota Viking's defense last week, facing the Packers
defense will be a walk in the park for Eli and the Giants offense this week.
Beckham had struggled against Rhodes or Norman in the last two games as
witnessed by his tantrums However Sam Shields, the Packers best cornerback, will
be out again. This means Beckham will have an opportunity to have a break out
game. The Packers are ranked 29th in pass defense and the Giants have the
weapons to exploit this. The Packers defense is #1 at stopping the run ranked
1st, but that is not the strength of the Giants.
The Giants seem to have the Packers number having covered the spread in their
last 4 meetings while winning three of the last four games outright. I look for
the Giants to bounce back this week and put up a fight. 7 points is just too
many points to be giving here against a team that seems evenly matched with the
Packers.
