The Steelers are without Bell and the Browns are improved on defense. I like the

Jacksonville Jaguars @ New York Giants (Under 43.5 points)
Sure the Giants have added a good running back, but the Jags defense is one
of the best in the NFL. Both teams will struggle to score in the red zone. I like
the under.
Kansas City Chiefs @ LA Chargers (Over 24 points 1st half)
Both teams come out strong to start this game and with Bosa out, this helps
the Chiefs offense. I like the over in the 1st half.
